Provided strategic direction for a USD $8 billion/year Switzerland based public company for the placement and conceptual design of the largest production and distribution facility in their world-wide network.  Performed supply chain, distribution and end-market analysis for geographical location optimization.

 

Performed Turnaround of a privately held U.S. based biotech company.  Added profitable ancillary service lines that stabilized cash flow and attained profitability.  New service sectors allowed greater entry into the adjacent biotech target market.

Facilitated sale of company to an Angel investor.

Subsequently orchestrated sale of the ancillary service division to a competitor in the segment.

 

Retained by a U.S based publicly held USD $200 million/year company with seven operating subsidiaries to perform M&A due diligence, investor relations, creditor relations and operational stabilization.  Ultimately facilitated the individual sale of all operating divisions to satisfy debt obligations to secured creditors and the sale of the corporate entity.

 

Orchestrated the leveraged buy-out of an U.S. based operating division of a publicly held corporation and structured secured and unsecured creditor agreements outside of bankruptcy.

 

Facilitated the startup of a U.S. based service company by establishing credit facilities and provided marketing, sales and operating support.

 

Performed market valuation for USD $8 million/year services company, advised majority shareholder and created company marketing material for solicitation for the sale of the company.

 

Performed strategy negotiation on behalf of a USD $60 billion/year U.S. based public company with regulatory agencies allowing for millions of dollars of immediate cost avoidance and a plan for addressing the issues in an organized, predictable fashion and timeline.

 

Converted a large line item cost (25% of annual budget) into a profitable service division for a public entity.

 

Provided strategic alternative for a U.S. based USD $12 billion/year public company that allowed for additional time of an imminent $100 million liability charge to their balance sheet with a phased-in, cost-reducing approach.  

 

Provided strategic direction for sales, marketing and M&A activities including recommendations for organizational structure redesign for an USD $7 billion/year Canadian based public company.  Also provided introductions and collaborations with key vendors, prospective customers and strategic partners.
